In alignment with California’s Proposition 65 (also known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986), we actively monitor all materials used in our products to identify any substances on the state’s growing list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

As the Proposition 65 chemical list has evolved, we’ve enhanced our internal compliance measures. While a small number of earlier products did not meet the updated standards, those items have been removed from our site.

We officially began disclosing our compliance in 2025 to reflect these changes. All products currently available on khy.com have been reviewed and are fully compliant with Proposition 65 regulations. You can shop with confidence knowing that our team continually monitors materials to ensure safety and transparency.
